Terms of service
Last updated: April 16, 2026
These terms govern your use of DutchExam Online (dutchexam.online), operated by DutchExam Online, Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
1. The service
DutchExam provides an online platform for preparing for the Dutch inburgering exam. This includes exam simulations, AI-assisted writing and speaking practice, vocabulary training, and progress tracking.
DutchExam is a practice platform. It is not an official DUO exam provider and does not guarantee exam results.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. One account is for one person only — sharing accounts is not permitted. We reserve the right to deactivate accounts used in violation of this rule without a refund.
3. Pro plans and payments
Pro plans grant access to the full platform for a fixed duration: 7, 30, or 90 days, or 1 year. Each purchase is a one-time payment — there is no auto-renewal.
Access expires at the end of the purchased period. You can purchase a new plan at any time to extend access.
Payments are processed securely by Mollie. We do not store your payment details.
4. Refunds
We do not offer refunds once access has been granted. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the platform, contact us at support@dutchexam.online and we will resolve it or issue a credit.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use DutchExam to:
- Share access with other people
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute exam content
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the platform
6. Content and intellectual property
All exam content, questions, audio, and feedback on DutchExam is our intellectual property. You may not reproduce or distribute it without permission.
7. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes to the platform at any time.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, DutchExam's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for exam outcomes or indirect damages.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts in Amsterdam. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's ODR platform: odreurope.com/about
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If changes are material, we will notify you by email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
